At Dig It Triathlon and Multisport we are happy to discuss anything you would like to make your multisport experience more enjoyable and successful. Having trouble deciding which workouts are most important? Don't know what races to do leading up to a big event? Want some feedback on a season long training plan? Wondering how much the latest bike part will help you go faster? We are glad to help. Normal sessions are one hour and are most successful when the athlete sends an email outlining the questions to be addressed beforehand.

Cost - $50 per hour

Season Long Plan
We realize that not everyone needs or wants a day to day coaching relationship. For those athletes we offer our annual training plan consultation package. It includes a thorough consultation focused on the athletes' fitness and goals and a season long periodized training plan and specific workouts within those periodized training blocks. Also we will establish the means by which the athlete will track their fitness over time and make adjustments to their training load given their improvements. This is a great package for the directed and motivated athlete who wants some advice but likes to manage their day to day training.

Cost - $250. Contact Jason to start the dialogue of this process. Want to chat a bit later or check in again? Future consulting is possible and discounted.

Power Testing
Power meters are transforming the ways in which cyclists train. You too can be a part of the revolution with our customized power tests. Coach Jason is an expert in power based training and racing. Our power testing includes an individually designed test to maximize the usefulness of the data. Coach Jason brings all the needed equipment to you. Once the test is over, all data will be downloaded and analyzed. Athletes will receive a written report and a follow up consultation regarding training modifications in lieu of the test results. Tests are most effective when over time so as to track changes in fitness without the full expense of purchasing one's own power meter.

Cost - $100 for first test and $75 for each additional test. Contact Jason to schedule the test or to ask any additional questions you may have about power testing.

Swim Technique Evaluation
Swimming is a technique based sport. No matter how fit a swimmer, if their technique is not sound, they won't go very fast. They will also use a lot of energy to go slow. Our swim technique evaluations involve watching you swim, taking video so you can see what you look like while swimming and developing an individually tailored drill progression to improve your technique.

Cost - $75. Includes written report with drill recommendations and cd for review. Follow ups to initial analysis are discounted.

Individual or group training
Coach Jason joins you and/or your and friends for a workout.  These sessions offer the chance for direct analysis of technique along with pacing assistance and anything else you'd like to discuss.

Cost - $50 per hour

Please email Jason directly at Jason@digittri.com or give him a call at (612) 723-0233 to inquire about our performance consulting services or to schedule an appointment.
