December 8

Coach Jason does his first sub zero degree race at the Snowflake Shuffle 5K in St. Joseph, Minnesota. While it was surely a bit chilly, note the ice in the beard, it was fun.

November 18

Big props to Dig It athlete for a great ride at the Tour de Tucson. Scott brought his dedication to training in the cool and cold of the Minnesota fall and it showed with a fun and strong ride at this November event.

October 28

Faith completes a great fall with a Boston Marathon qualifying effort in New Mexico. After getting drawn a horrible hand with her trip to the Chicago Marathon and its record heat, Faith rebounded in awesome fashion to run a great race and punch her ticket to Boston.

Trey continues his great year with a solid 2nd place in a Louisiana aquathon. Way to go Trey.

October 6

Coach Jason is the proud winner of the Kickin' Leaves Duathlon in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Here Jason looks a little less than his best right after the finish of hte race. Go Dig It!

September 9

What a weekend for Dig It athletes. Andrea finished her first Ironman, close to her perfect day time, Trey won his age group at the Cajunman Triathlon in Louisiana and Faith ran a great half marathon in New Mexico.

On a perfect day at Ironman Wisconsin, Andrea did a great job of pacing herself and having fun in her first Ironman. She swam faster than her goal, rode faster than her goal and still ran her goal time in the marathon. It was a great debut at the Ironman distance, showing that Andrea has what it takes to meet her goals at the IM distance in the years to come. Trey shows great aerodynamics on his way to a solid ride at the Cajunman Triathlon.

August 4 and 5

Andrea and Faith perform great over the weekend at the Steelhead 70.3 triathlon and the La Luz trail run. Andrea had a great day swimming, biking, and running on her way to a half Ironman PR in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Faith took 3rd in her age group in the run up side of Sandia Mountain on the La Luz Trail in Albuquerque, NM.

July 28 and July 29

Dig It's Mike takes a strong 2nd at the Dave Babcock Memorial Stage Race in Nebraska. After a strong 4th in the road race, 2nd in the time trial, and 3rd in the criterium Mike finished 2nd in the final general classification. Way to go Mike on an awesome performance all weekend!

July 21-22

The St. Cloud Omnium brought 3 races in 2 days. Dig It's Nate and Mike were there did well. Mike was 4th in the time trial and Nate finished a solid 7th overall. This result brought Nate to 2nd place in the season long Category 3 Minnesota Rider of the Year (ROY) competition.

You know it is a busy weekend when you've got more than 1 number on your back.

July 14 and 15

It was a great weekend for triathlon in Minnesota and Dig It athetes were there enjoying the fun. Tim and Lyle were in action at the Lifetime Fitness triathlon and Emmerson and Coach Jason raced at the Heart of the Lakes Triathlon.

Here Tim bikes like he means it at the Lifetime Fitness Triathlon in Minneapolis.

August 31

At Ironman Louisville, Noelle does a great job on a hot and windy day in Kentucky. Noelle backed up a good swim and bike with solid run. Crossing the finish line with a smile on her face, Noelle showed how to get it done. Nice job, Noelle.

August 10

At the ITU Long Course Duathlon World Championships in Geel, Belgium, pro Justin Hurd, who Jason consults with on training, put in a great performance to finish 5th overall. In a perfect job of pacing, Justin ran, biked and ran with the best in the world. Way to go Justin!

Coach Jason was in action at the Town Hall Team Time Trial with 3 others from his bike racing club. The Birchwood Aged team might not have won, but we had fun.

August 2

At the Full Vineman in California, Dig It athlete Scott completes his Ironman dream with a solid debut race on a hot day. Awesome performance Scott!

July 12

The Graham Beasley Duathlon was a huge success for Bryan with a 2nd place in his age group and a 10th place overall. Great job Bryan!

July 6

At the Lake Steven's 70.3, Jill continued her great long course progress with a PR. Way to go Jill!

Dig It was a sponsor of the Duluth Duathlon. Coach Jason was there along with Todd enjoying a steamy day of running, biking and running again on the shores of Lake Superior. Here Team Dig It poses for a picture at the official Dig It Triathlon water station.

June 26

Coach Jason is headed to ITU Duathlon Worlds in Rimini, Italy in September after qualifying at the Apple Duathlon in May.

June 14

A great day at the Liberty Triathlon today as Noelle, Jill, Scott and Josh show their on track for long course success later this summer. Way to go guys!

At the US National Duathlon Champs, Francois culminated his spring campaign with a 3rd place in the 35-39 age group. On a rainy and tough day in Richmond, Francois was solid across the board, yeah baby!

April 19-21

These few days were no doubt one of the best weekends ever for Dig It athletes. At Ironman China, new pro Justin Hurd who Coach Jason has been consulting with, raced through really tough conditions to finish 5th overall and earn a Pro slot to Ironman Hawaii. RuthAnn won her age group at a half marathon, Trey was 2nd in his age group at the Louisiana Triathlon at New Roads and Faith finished her first Boston Marathon.
